INVITATION FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR FINANCIAL AUDIT OF ADB FINANCED PROJECTS FOR FY2018

Assignment Title: Audit of Project Financial Statements for FY2018

The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank(ADB) toward the cost of 26projects and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under contracts for consulting services for financial audit of the ADBfinanced projects.

The Mongolian National Audit Office now invites eligible independent auditfirms (“Consultants”) to submit the expressions of interest (EOI) in providing the Services to carry out financial audit on project financial statements of loans or grants funded by ADB and co-financed by the Government of Mongolia, if any for the financial year 2018. Interested Consultants may obtain detailed Terms of Reference for the consulting assignment from the link audit.mn

Qualification Requirements

The Consultants shall meet the following main requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in performing thefinancial auditservice for the budget entities;
• At least 3 years of previous work experience in performing the financial audit service for donor-financed projects, preferablyfor ADB and World Bank-financed projects;
• Availability of qualified human resources with appropriate skills and experience among staff who performed the similar services;
• Proficient English language to meet the ADB requirements for submission of the audited project financial statements.

Deadline for Submission of EOIInterested Consultants should submit the EOI in a written form to the address below in person or by mail on or before 24December 2018, 11:00 hours (Ulaanbaatar time). The Consultants shall not have the option of submitting their proposals electronically. Any proposal received after the deadline for submission of the EOIs shall be declared late, rejected, and returned unopened to the Consultant.
