Following the decision of the State Great Khural (Parliament) to appoint Mr. Magnaisuren Sandag as the Auditor General of Mongolia, he officially received the seal of office and commenced his duties today. At the handover ceremony, the Secretary General of the State Great Khural, Mr. B. Baasandorj, read out the State Great Khural 's resolution on the appointment and dismissal of the Auditor General. He also introduced Mr. Magnaisuren Sandag’s professional background and work experience, stating that he has 12 years and 5 months of experience in senior public service positions and fully meets the general and specific requirements set out in the Law on Civil Service and the Law on State Audit. During the event, Mr. Magnaisuren conveyed the remarks, suggestions, and guidance from the Chairman of the State Great Khural, Mr. D. Amarbayasgalan, and Members of State Great Khural regarding the implementation of state audit responsibilities.
