The Mongolian National Audit Office (MNAO) successfully hosted the official visit of the delegation from the Chamber of Accounts of the Kyrgyz Republic on 11–14 November 2025.

The visit commenced with a trilateral meeting between Auditor General of Mongolia Mr. S.Magnai­suren, Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Almazbek Akmatov, and representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Resident Mission.

During 11–12 November, the MNAO organized a series of meetings, presentations, and discussions to introduce its organizational structure, policy priorities, audit practices, information technology development, and training and capacity-building initiatives. Both sides actively exchanged experiences on audit implementation, follow-up of audit recommendations, and audit quality management systems. The Kyrgyz delegation also delivered a presentation, contributing to productive and constructive dialogue between the two institutions.

As part of efforts to strengthen bilateral cooperation, Auditor General S.Magnai­suren and Chairman Almazbek Akmatov held meetings with key partner institutions, including members of Parliament, the Independent Authority Against Corruption, and the E-Mongolia Academy.

The visit concluded with the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Mongolian National Audit Office and the Chamber of Accounts of the Kyrgyz Republic on 14 November 2025.

-          Ms. Davaa Oyungerel, Staff Member, Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Mongolia

-          Senior officials of the Mongolian National Audit Office.

The official visit marked an important step toward enhancing cooperation, sharing best practices, and supporting continued development of public sector auditing between the two institutions.
